Wood-fired cooking is easy with the Traeger Pro 780 Wood Pellet Grill. It boasts precise temperature control that allows you to get perfect results every time. Just set the dial on the D2® Pro Controller to the temperature you want, hit Ignite, and let the Traeger do the rest. It’s that simple. And if that wasn’t enough, the D2 Controller also features WiFIRE® technology, which allows you to adjust grill temperatures, monitor food, and set timers & alerts right from your phone using the Traeger App. The Pro 780’s D2® Direct Drive feeds all-natural hardwood pellets to the fire using an industry-first brushless motor that gets the grill hotter, faster, and is built to last for years to come.

  • Traeger invented the original wood-fired grill over 30 years ago in Mt. Angel, Oregon. We continue to lead the industry as the world's #1 selling wood-fired grill, perfected by decades of mastering the craft of wood-fired cooking.

  • "Make sure your grill is completely cool. Spray the grill grate and inside of the chimney with an all-natural degreaser/cleaner. Remove and clean both sides of the grill grates. We recommend NOT using wire brushes, but rather using a cleaning cloth or heavy-duty paper towels. Dispose of old foil or drip tray liners. Remove the drip tray and the heat baffle. Empty the pellets from the hopper. Vacuum the inside of the grill, the firepot and the hopper thoroughly, making sure you collect as much residual sawdust as possible. Scrub the inside of the chimney. Again, we recommend not using wire brushes. Instead, use a cleaning cloth or heavy-duty paper towels. Spray the inside and outside of the grill with the all-natural degreaser/cleaner and allow to soak for several minutes before wiping clean with a paper towel or cleaning cloth. While we recommend our Traeger All Natural Cleaner, you may also use any non-chemical cleaner or a mixture of diluted dish soap, water and vinegar. NOTE: Do NOT clean the Thermocouple or RTD unless there is a visual build-up on it that needs to be removed. Last, reinsert all components, including the heat baffle, drip try, drip tray liners/foil, new bucket liners, and the grill grates, and you are set!"
