YELLOWSTONE LIMITED 2023 BOURBON (1 Third)

Limestone Branch was founded in 2011 by Steve and Paul Beam, whose ancestral roots run deep in the Bourbon industry. Their great-great grandfather was Joseph Washington Dant, an early Bourbon pioneer, and their great grandfather was Minor Case Beam, the eldest son of Joseph M. Beam in the legendary Beam lineage. 

Yellowstone has been one of Kentucky’s favourite whiskies since 1872. The Mellow mash name has always been a Yellowstone exclusive, identifying only the very smoothest bourbon to bear the Yellowstone name. Limestone continues to honour that tradition with their celebrated annual release of Limited-Edition Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

For the 2023 Release, they offer a delicately balanced blend of 7-year, 13-year, and 16-year bourbons, finished in Hungarian Tokaji wine casks. Tokaji is a world renowned and famed traditional sweet wine from Northern Hungary. 

Nose:
Honey, green grapes, and freshly baked cinnamon.

Palate:
Dry spice followed by caramel, dark cherry, citrus, and
white pepper.

Finish:
Dry tobacco, honeysuckle, and smoky oak.
