Another release from the fabulous Fable Whisky independent bottling series! This expression comes from the Auchroisk Distillery, and was matured in a hogshead cask for 12 years before being bottled up at cask strength. The labels feature artwork by Hugo Cuellar, depicting a moment from the folklore tale 'The Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay'.

Nose: Cut grass and subtle floral heather hints, with creamy fragrant vanilla over the top.

Palate: White chocolate, peppercorn, sherbet lemon sweeties, still subtly grassy.

Finish: Drying spiciness, with a smidge of oak.
