Meet Jenny.

This month we’re joined by Jenny Cullinan — a South African wild-bee conservationist, researcher and founder of UJUBEE, a non-profit dedicated to protecting wild honeybees and native solitary bees in their natural habitats.

Jenny’s work is rooted in a simple but radical philosophy: that bees are best conserved in the wild, not managed in boxes. Through years of field research across the Cape’s fynbos landscapes, she’s become a leading voice for letting bees be — raising awareness, influencing policy, and reminding us of our responsibility to live in right relationship with the natural world.
