Product Description

A cask strength straight rye whiskey here from Templeton Rye, from a series of yearly releases – this particular one is the 2020 edition. Sourced from Indiana with a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, it has been bottled up at 56.5% ABV and boasts a bold, spicy flavour profile with plenty of peppery heat and cask char notes.


Nose Ginger, toasted staves, a smidge of caramelised nuts, cassia.

Palate Peppercorn and chilli flakes, with oily pine and charred oak in support. Sweetness of toasted sugar sits under the surface.

Finish Toffee, coffee bean, and caraway.
