It is hand-assembled in Brooklyn using the richest and rarest straight bourbons, only ever in five-barrel batches, non-chillfiltered and proofed with limestone mineral water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of New York.

Profile: A rich bourbon exhibiting an extra few layers of complexity.

Nose:  Freshly roasted nuts still in the oven. Vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cream.

Palate: Orange, maple, cherry, almond. Incredibly drinkable.

Finish: Charred oak, spice, balanced. I didn‘t quite get that, let me try again!
